What should the code point to?

A website address, plain text, a phone number, a UPI ID, WiFi details or a vCard. Anything that fits in text.

Downloads at exactly 1920 × 1920 pixels, sharp enough for print.

These codes never expire. The code is generated on your device and encodes your text directly, so there is no short link to break and no account that can lapse. Print it once and it works forever.

How to use it

  • Paste a link, or type any text you want the code to carry.
  • Leave error correction on M unless you plan to place a logo over the middle, in which case choose H.
  • Keep a margin of at least 2 modules if the code will be printed. Scanners need that clear space.
  • Download the PNG and drop it straight into Canva, Word, Illustrator or a printer's artwork.

Will this QR code stop working later?

No. It is a static code, meaning your text is encoded into the pattern itself. There is no redirect service in between, so nothing can expire or be switched off. If the link you encoded still works, the code still works.

Is my data sent anywhere?

No. The code is generated by your own browser. Nothing you type is uploaded, logged or stored, and the tool keeps working if you disconnect from the internet after the page loads.

Can I add my logo in the middle?

Yes, in any image editor afterwards. Choose error correction H first, which lets the code survive having roughly 30% of it covered, then place your logo over the centre and always test the result with a phone before printing.

What size should I print it?

As a rough rule, a code needs to be about a tenth of the scanning distance. For a poster read from 2 metres, print it around 20cm wide. The 1920 pixel download is large enough for almost any print job.
